How to build an RF BASED REMOTE CONTROLLED ROBOT?

Today, I will post a project done by a friend Denesh Neupane.

The project we have selected is based on a wireless medium which is called “RF BASED REMOTE CONTROLLED ROBOT”. The robot proposed here is a wheeled vehicle which can be controlled from a distant place with wireless remote. So this robot is named as an RF-based remote-controlled robot. The places where we humans can’t make a move, at such places this type of robot can be used. We have focused this robot to be used for military and rescue purpose.

The wireless medium consists of a transmitter section (remote) and a receiver section (wireless car). An instruction is sent from the transmitter section and it is received by the receiver and follows the instruction sent. This robot is based on a radio frequency of 434MHz with a transistor and receiver module. What we present here is an elementary robotic land rover that can be controlled remotely using primarily the RF mode. The RF remote control has the advantage of adequate range (up to 200m with proper antenna) besides being Omnidirectional.
